Delivery Information
All orders are despatched as soon as possible after their receipt. It is our aim and standard practice to despatch orders between 24hrs and 48hrs of receiving them. Orders received before 12.00 will normally be despatched on the same day. Orders received after 12.00 will normally be despatched two working day.
From mid October to December there is an inevitable increase in orders so standard despatch times cannot always be met. Couriers and Royal Mail also come under great pressure at this time of the year, so delivery can take up to 72 hours. In the event of a known delay we will advise you as soon as possible via email. Decorative living sends out parcel that are signed for. if you are not there to sign for a item there may be a charge with DHL for redelivery.

Delivery to Overseas (non UK) Customers
- Decorative Living are a UK based company and we will make every effort to deliver goods to any destination around the world. Costs and delivery times will need to be discussed before goods are despatched and we will do all that we can to ensure you receive your order by a specified date. However once the parcel has left our depot we no longer have control over it. We therefore ask overseas customers to place their orders as early as possible, to ensure that they are received on time.
- All items on our site are priced in Pounds Sterling and you will be billed in Pounds Sterling. This means that the amount that you actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time that your transaction is processed, usually by the credit card company.
